Core rules governing AircraftTechNetwork membership, educational content, exam features and platform use.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
By visiting AircraftTechNetwork or creating an account, you are subject to the applicable portions of these Terms. Checking the required acknowledgement boxes during registration records your electronic agreement to the membership terms. Mandatory local law and non-waivable user rights remain unaffected.
2. Account security
Accounts are personal. Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, avoid unauthorized sharing and report suspicious access without undue delay. Access may be temporarily restricted where security or abuse is suspected.
3. Technical content and aviation safety
Maintenance, airworthiness, ATA, troubleshooting, licensing, career and technical-English content is educational and informational. It is not approved maintenance data and must not replace AMM, FIM/TSM, WDM, IPC, SRM, MEL/CDL, AD, SB, manufacturer data, operator procedures or instructions from an authorized organization. Users remain responsible for acting within their own authorization and competence.
4. Exams and learning center
Practice questions, mock exams, module exercises and progress tools are learning resources. Uploading, sharing, scraping or reproducing confidential or improperly obtained real-exam content is prohibited. AircraftTechNetwork does not claim to be an official examination authority or licensing body.
5. Prohibited use
Unauthorized access attempts, malware, denial-of-service activity, automated bulk scraping, bypassing security controls, impersonation, accessing another person’s account, intellectual-property infringement or use of the platform for unlawful activity is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, original site design, texts, software, question compilations, graphics and branding belong to AircraftTechNetwork or the relevant rights holders. Bulk copying, republication, sale, licensing or commercial dataset creation beyond personal study requires prior authorization.
7. Service changes and availability
The platform is actively developed. Features may be added, changed or removed. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, capacity or legal reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AircraftTechNetwork is not responsible for outcomes caused by treating educational content as approved maintenance data, performing work beyond authorization, or relying on incorrect information submitted by a user. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where mandatory law applies.
9. Contact and changes
If these Terms materially change, the effective date will be updated and members will be notified where appropriate. Questions may be sent to contact@aircrafttechnetwork.com.
